No Problem: Preflight Parking at Logan Airport, Boston

Another trip this time a Thanksgiving getaway to Miami and to South Beach. An early morning flight to start the week and a late night return to end the week.  A couple of hours drive from New Hampshire to Boston in the rush hour. A late night return and worries about pick up at the airport and easy access to  our automobile.

Driving back and forth to an airport under pressure always poses problems. But with Preflight Parking - - no problem. We did Preflight Parking before, and now we would do in again. The drive  down was less tumultuous than we expected, and we wound up at the ample parking lot in plenty of time for our flight.

An attendant politely directed us to a  parking spot and minutes later the van arrived and the driver cheerfully helped us load our ample luggage aboard.  He even posed for a picture.

Then it was off to the terminal and days in the sun.

The return to Logan and the late night arrival was full of ease. And so was the sight of the Pre Flight bus. They run every five minutes. We only had to wait a few minutes ,and we were safely inside the warm vehicle. The courteous driver hoisted and stowed our luggage, drove us to the parking lot and waited a moment or two as we got off to see us load our belongings into our car and watched to see that the engine started up. Incidentally, drivers at Pre Flight are even equipped with shovels and booster cables and special gloves to clear off the windshields. Pre Flight is ready for any automotive emergency.

If all things in life were so convenient. Driving out we waved to Kareem, the manager on duty. Cheerful, confident, he was there for us through the entire Pre Flight experience.
